The Model 10™ Clock Radio features award winning Tivoli Audio® circuitry that combines a state-of-the-art digital tuner and clock with a 3" heavy magnet full range driver that produces rich and detailed room-filling sound. An adjustable EQ perfects the levels to individual preference with controls for treble, bass, loudness and balance. In addition, the beautifully styled, real furniture-grade wood cabinet is ported for enhanced bass.
Basic functions are easily accessed from a single top-mounted rotary control, or get full control with the convenient remote. The interface is intuitive and it is quick and easy to navigate through the functions and options. The large, cool-blue LCD was designed with exceptional visibility in mind, including manual adjustment of the backlight based on ambient lighting conditions. The digital clock has two independent alarms that will wake to either music or tone and features a sleep timer and snooze control.
Available in two color combinations: Midnight Black/Silver or Light Aluminum/Silver.

A real "boom" box.
Because I have a Tivoli radio without the alarm/clock feature and like it very much, I ordered the Model 10 for my bedside clock radio. The size is is appropriately small, but the sound bounces around in the radio and practically echos. Moreover, in order to get the too big sound in the very small frame, the system is extremely complex and takes a lot of patience to use. I wish this were a better review because I very much like other Tivoli products.

Tivoli Model 10 - A Great Product

It was not easy to find a replacement for my 15 year-old Proton clock radio. I wanted ease of use, great sound, reliability, dual alarms and something that would be nice to look at. The Tivoli has it all. The controls take a bit of getting used to, but once you've made peace with them, it's very easy to use and YLiving had it at a great price. It's been a delightful purchase.

The Tivoli Model 10 was exactly what I was looking for. For a small footprint product, the Tivoli radio delivers a huge sound. The radio is easy to set up and the quality of sound is surprisingly good for a small device. The LED panel provides a lot of useful information. You get the time, day,date, station, FM or AM and the strength of the signal. You can also select the brightness of the display. All in all, a great product.

(1929-2002) Henry Kloss was a prominent audio engineer and businessman who helped advance high fidelity loudspeaker and radio receiver technology beginning in the 1950s. Kloss studied physics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was responsible for a number of innovations, including the acoustic suspension loudspeaker and the high fidelity cassette deck. In 2000, Kloss was one of the first inductees into the Consumer Electronics Association's Hall of Fame. Henry Kloss co-founded Tivoli Audio along with Tom DeVesto in 2000.
