TrueModern creates modern furniture for families at an affordable price. Edgar Blazona, who founded the company in Berkeley, California, in 2005, is a former designer and product developer for such companies as Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma. His first line of kids' furniture was created to be simple, functional, and green. Those three characteristics are still at the core of every TrueModern product.
TrueModern's product line is divided into three "age groups". The Baby range includes changing table dressers, dressers, night stands, and even a playhouse. The Youth—or teen—collection comprises dressers and platform beds. Meanwhile, the Grownup furniture group consists of upholstered chairs, sofas, and sectionals with vintage-inspired design.
TrueModern's children's furniture comes in solid birch wood and wood veneer, with punches of vibrant color like Popsicle Orange and Lime Green. TrueModern understands that today's parents are busy: to that end, its furniture come fully assembled and is shipped in one to two days. The company also manufactures bedding and rugs, which, like the furniture, have been tested to meet or exceed all American safety standards, with the quality guaranteed.View other products from TrueModern
