Thoughtful manufacturing begins with materials. Vers wood cases and earphone shells are chosen from the most commonly-available wood species and sourced from sustainably managed family-owned mills. No threatened, endangered or tropical woods are used in any Vers products. Additionally, for every tree used in production, Vers plants 100 through their long-time partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation.

And the Vers mission doesn't stop with its products. Every time the company develops a new package for a Vers product, they seek out ways to reduce their over-all impact. They have replaced all of the internal plastic bags typically used for accessories with paper, eliminated all of the twist ties, selected soy-based inks and 100% post-consumer paper material where ever possible. The company supports and encourages recycling of their packaging, provides energy saving tips with the use of their products, offers to repair products during their lifetime and helps customers recycle products, their components and accessories at the end of their lifecycle. Thoughtful indeed.
