Truly modular in every sense of the word, this cousin of Way Basics' Modular Cubes features all the versatility and performance on a slightly larger scale. Each Cube is separate from each other so designs can be reconfigured on a whim. Stack them side to side, on top of each other or get creative and build a pyramid and ladder design. Mix and match colors or just keep it simple with a single shade. Select from eight exciting colors.
Way Basics has created modular furniture with a purpose. Easy to assemble with no tools required. Just peel, stick and you're done. Each piece is constructed of zBoards, which are less than half the weight of particle board, pressed wood, or plywood furniture and just as strong! zBoards are sustainably made from recycled paper and completely recyclable. The Modular Cubes Plus from the Possibility Series is made to congregate and coordinate with Way Basics' entire collection. Combine this piece with any of the Way Basics furniture line for a customized storage unit.

I thought they would be more sturdy

I love the style and colors of the product. It was exactly what I expected. What I wasn't expecting was the assembly system that they used. Not very stable.

Bright and light

These cubes are quick and easy to put together and look great - especially the hot pink I bought. Somethings you need to know: - try assembling them first without pulling the tape strips off to make sure you understand the instructions. Once the tape strips are off, there is no undo. - though the picture looks like they are one unit, it's really six separate cubes. This is good because you can arrange them anyway you want. But you can't secure them so I wouldn't stack them too high if like me you live in earthquake land.

These are very pretty cubes, Lightweight. Easy to arrange in any order. There are some minor quality control issues though. One panel came with a torn side. Another panel did not have any holes where the holes were supposed to be. Also, a rear temporary fastening system would be great.

These boxes are great and have proven highly adaptable for whatever we need. We're currently using them stacked three tall as a dresser, but as each cube is strong and weight-bearing, I think we may use some as bedside stands.
