As early as 1933, wohnbedarf moved into the studio designed by Marcel Breuer at Talstrasse 11 in Zurich. Some of the pieces of furniture that were produced specifically for wohnbedarf by renowned artists, architects and designers such as Max Bill, Le Corbusier, Alvar Aalto, Marcel Breuer, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Richard Paul Lohse, Willy Guhl or Gottfried Honegger have long since become absolute classics.
