Lounging With Pliny

Have we ever expressed our love for Loll‘s Pliny Collection? No? Well, you’re about to hear all about it today. We’re lounging with Pliny, and boy is it relaxing.

There are plenty of reasons why we’re so darn attracted to Pliny. Maybe we love Pliny the Lounger for its classic look. So reminiscent of the 1940’s ubiquitous “motel” chair, Pliny’s updated and modern style manages to maintain the same comforting bouncing feel that will transport you back to simpler times the moment you take a seat.

Maybe it’s because this modern outdoor lounge chair is elegantly constructed from a mandrel-bent 1-inch tubular stainless steel frame with a 100% recycled plastic seat and back, which come in a rainbow of bright and sunny colors too! Pliny is built to last you a lifetime, that we’re sure of. And who wouldn’t want this outdoor lounger around forever?

Or maybe we love Pliny because nothing sounds better than the idea of sinking into one with a refreshing drink, like a cool Pliny the Elder, the beer Pliny was named after, in hand on the front porch during a warm summer afternoon.

Speaking of grabbing a drink, wouldn’t a set of nice Pliny Loungers look right at home with a fully stocked Wallbanger?

Sipping on a homemade cocktail or just watching the sun set, whatever the reason, we love the Pliny Lounger. As the days get longer and warmer we wouldn’t want to spend them any other way than kicking back in a Pliny Lounger with our feet up on a Pliny Ottoman. And don’t just take our word for it– Pliny was a recipient of a Good Design Award, awarded by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
