I love these barware glasses from Tinsley Mortimer and any excuse to whip up a refreshing cocktail. Perfect for your next cocktail party, each glass has its own delicate gold leaf pattern imprinted onto it. Here are three favorite cocktail recipes to serve up in these dazzling glasses:

A delicious treat, this St. Germain cocktail recipe via the Knot  is a clear sparkling cocktail with berries:

The St. Germain Cocktail

2 parts brute Champagne
1 1/2 part St. Germain
2 parts club soda

Garnish with raspberries or your favorite other berries or flower petals – I would recommend very sweet blackberries too.
Fill a tall highball glass with ice. Add champagne first and follow with the St. Germain. Top off the drink with club soda. Stir gently to combine and add the garnish.

Cool and refreshing, the Mai Tai is touted as Hawaii’s favorite drink. Drumming up scenes of the summer surf, enjoy a classic Mai Tai with this Trader Vics Mai Tai recipe via Post Prohibition:

Trader Vics Mai Tai Recipe

1 oz amber Martinique rum
1 oz dark Jamaican rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz orgeat syrup
1/2 oz of Cointreau
garnish with mint and a lime wedge

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, except the garnish. Shake and strain into a rocks glass, like a Tinsely Mortimer Palm Tree Old Fashion glass, filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge. If you want to make it a little stronger you can also float some dark rum on top (this is a given for me).

A collision of four different spirits coming together to pack one tasty punch, the Long Island Ice Tea is a delicious yet potent drink. Here’s our favorite Long Island Ice Tea recipe via the Food Network:

Long Island Ice Tea Recipe

2 cups ice cubes
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce gin
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce white tequila
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup cola, or to taste
2 lemon wedges

Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Pour in your vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Triple Sec, and the lemon juice into the shaker. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously to combine and chill. Pour the entire mixture, including the ice cubes, into two glasses, like a sparkling pair of Bubble Highball glasses. Top off each drink with a splash of cola and garnish with the lemon wedges.  This one will help you forget that summer is almost over!
