This tidy lounge chair boasts distinctive mid-century lines. Angled arm fronts with a single neat cushion create a sharp and clean silhouette. Reintroduced by Modernica in L.A., the design hails from the Case Studyprogram under George Nelson. The program (1949) commissioned major architects of the day including Richard Neutra, Charles and Ray Eames and Eero Saarinen, to design and build inexpensive and efficient model homes for the residential housing boom developing.Upholstery is fully welted along all seams.
